Job Description:


As a Healthcare IT Engineer at Clindcast, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining IT infrastructure solutions to support business operations. This includes installing, configuring, and troubleshooting hardware and software components, as well as monitoring system performance and ensuring high levels of system availability. You will also be responsible for managing network infrastructure, including firewalls, switches, and VPNs, and implementing and maintaining security measures to protect systems and data. Additionally, you will participate in training programs to learn and apply Integration Analyst skills, including HL7, FHIR, and Mirth Connect. You will provide technical support to users and resolve IT issues promptly, document IT processes, configurations, and changes, and collaborate with team members on IT projects and initiatives. You will also develop disaster recovery and business continuity plans. To be successful in this role, you will need a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, and knowledge of systems and networking software, hardware, and networking protocols. You will also need strong problem-solving and analytical skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
