Position Overview:

As an IAM Engineer at HS Solutions Inc, you will play a pivotal role in the administration and support of Identity and Access Management (IAM) systems, focusing on fraud prevention applications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administer and support IAM and fraud prevention applications, including key components such as ForgeRock, Twilio, Guardian/FeatureSpace, and Daon.
  • Manage the setup, configuration, and ongoing maintenance of Policy servers, Web agents, Secure Proxy Servers, and Federation services.
  • Develop and maintain federations with both internal systems and external partners.
  • Implement changes across various environments while adhering to the Change Management process.
  • Apply engineering principles to enhance existing systems and design new solutions.
  • Provide insights and recommendations for budgeting related to staffing and equipment.
  • Document new system components and modifications to ensure clarity and compliance.
  • Ensure the security and integrity of systems and product solutions, aligning with industry standards and information security practices.
  • Communicate effectively with diverse audiences through various media to facilitate informed business decisions.
  • Conduct engineering tasks to support business objectives and perform technology research for system enhancements.
  • Fulfill additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience deploying ForgeRock on Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS).
  • Familiarity with SMS communication systems such as Twilio and SalesForce.
  • Experience with Guardian/FeatureSpace for real-time fraud analytics.
  • Extensive experience managing multiple IAM environments and deploying IAM products like ForgeRock, RSA, Daon, and others.
  • Expertise in information security analysis and design techniques.
  • Strong knowledge of data security practices, authentication technologies, and access controls, with a preference for candidates skilled in UNIX/Linux administration and scripting.
  • Experience working within Agile methodologies for project planning and resource management.
  • Excellent planning, organizational, research, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to present findings clearly and concisely.

Desired Qualifications:

  • Extensive experience with IAM applications.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, information technology, or related fields.
  • Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISA, CCSP, or similar.
  • Advanced degrees or certifications in project management and technology.
  • Experience with Agile methodologies (e.g., SAFe).
  • ForgeRock Identity & Access Specialist or professional certifications.
  • Familiarity with open-source authentication protocols including SAML, OAuth, and OpenID.
  • Experience with Ping Identity products and Azure Active Directory Federation.
  • Knowledge of Kubernetes and Docker services.
  • Understanding of the financial services industry.
  • Experience with the Daon IdentityX Platform.
