Compensation:
Earn between 70% - 140% commission. Enjoy bonuses for agency development, personal production, and various trip and commission incentives. Potential earnings of $100,000+ based on commission plans.
- Client Relationship Management: Cultivate and sustain robust relationships with clients by offering tailored insurance solutions, conducting needs assessments, and delivering outstanding service throughout the policy lifecycle.
- Prospecting and Business Development: Identify and engage potential clients through diverse channels, including networking, referrals, and marketing initiatives, to broaden your client base and enhance your agency.
- Policy Sales and Administration: Guide clients through various life insurance products, customize policies to meet their needs, manage the application process, and ensure compliance with industry regulations.
- Team Building and Leadership: Recruit, train, and mentor new consultants to establish a successful team, provide ongoing support and development, and drive collective success to meet agency growth and performance objectives.
- Sales Potential: A demonstrated interest in sales or customer service, coupled with a willingness to learn and develop effective sales techniques to engage clients and achieve targets.
- Licensing Requirements: A commitment to obtaining and maintaining a valid life insurance license and any relevant certifications required in your state or region, with support and training provided. Must be willing to adhere to our proven onboarding process, with discounts available for pre-licensing.
- Strong Communication Skills: Proficient verbal and written communication abilities, focusing on relationship building, understanding client needs, and clearly articulating insurance products.
