Job Title: Traveling Labor and Delivery Nurse

We are seeking a skilled Labor and Delivery RN to join our team of healthcare professionals. As a Labor and Delivery RN, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and working collaboratively with medical staff to ensure the best possible outcomes.

Job Summary:
  • Provide clinical supervision for entry-level nurses and assist in their development.
  • Assess, implement, or delegate, plan, and evaluate total nursing care and functions in accordance with established philosophy.
  • Work collaboratively with medical staff to ensure the best possible outcomes.
Responsibilities:
  • Develop, implement, and evaluate the nursing plan of care.
  • Manage both emotional and physical patients.
  • Assess patient and family level of understanding to provide effective communication and education.
  • Work collaboratively with medical staff to ensure the best possible outcomes.
Requirements:
  • At least 2 years of experience as a Labor and Delivery RN.
  • Excellent communication and listening skills.
  • Exhibits major team player qualities.
  • Willingness to assist others when needed.
  • Maintain a positive attitude toward work and others.
