Job Overview

As a vital member of TRACE Inc., the Meat Room Custodian plays a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness and safety of our meat processing area.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Ensure all equipment is properly locked out and tagged out to maintain safety.
  2. Collect and dispose of meat remnants in accordance with health regulations.
  3. Organize tools and apply degreaser to maintain equipment functionality.
  4. Utilize high-pressure hot water to rinse off equipment effectively.
  5. Manage waste disposal and ensure chemicals are stored correctly.
  6. Conduct thorough inspections and apply sanitizer to guarantee all surfaces and equipment are sanitized.
  7. Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures to mitigate risks of accidents and injuries.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a similar role is advantageous.
  • Must be capable of lifting weights up to 40lbs.
  • Demonstrated attention to detail is essential.
  • Effective communication and teamwork skills are required.

Compensation:

$17.20 per hour

Shift:

Night Shift from 7:00 PM until completion

Schedule:

To be determined by the Project Manager
