Job Summary:

Oak and Stone is seeking a skilled Mixology Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our bar staff, you will be responsible for creating innovative and delicious craft cocktails that exceed our customers' expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve customers with exceptional service, ensuring a positive experience from start to finish.
  • Develop and execute new drink recipes that showcase our expertise in mixology.
  • Provide expert knowledge of our menu to customers, making recommendations and answering questions with confidence.
  • Maintain a clean and organized bar area, ensuring all equipment and supplies are in good working order.
  • Greet customers warmly and make them feel welcome in our establishment.
  • Prepare and serve food to customers who dine in the bar, ensuring prompt and attentive service.
  • Communicate effectively with wait staff to ensure seamless service and accurate orders.
  • Source high-quality supplies from reputable vendors, ensuring our bar always has the best ingredients and equipment.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management, contributing to the overall success of our team.

Requirements:

  • Experience in a fast-paced bar environment, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Knowledge of mixology principles and the ability to create innovative cocktails.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and colleagues.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Physical stamina to stand for long periods and lift heavy objects.
