Event Bartender

We are seeking a skilled and creative Event Bartender to join our team at NeueHouse. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our members and guests, while maintaining a high level of quality and attention to detail in all aspects of the bar program.

• Bar Operations
  • Manage and oversee the upkeep of the beverage program to ensure an integrated, efficient, and profitable operation.
  • Develop and coordinate the organization of various areas of the bar and other F&B outlets on property.
  • Count inventory at the end of every event and fill out pull sheet.
• Service Excellence
  • Provide exceptional service to members and guests, ensuring a seamless experience and exceeding expectations.
  • Manage and oversee the workflow of warm and humble greetings, cocktail building, food and wine service, and operational discretion.
  • Impeccable customer service by responding promptly to member/guest needs and soliciting feedback to improve service execution.
• Knowledge and Skills
  • Supply expert knowledge of wine and spirits and ensure the quality of all beverage items, ingredients, and preparation methods.
  • Maintain a thorough working knowledge of beverage menus with the ability to articulate to members and guests in an engaged, knowledgeable, and thoughtful manner.
  • Knowledge of craft and classic cocktails along with old world/new world wines.
• Requirements
  • 4+ years experience leading the bar program for high-end, highly visible entertainment entities.
  • An advocate and ambassador of service excellence that understands the critical role that exceeding and maintaining service expectations plays in the success of building F+B operations.
  • Must be 21 years of age or older and possess Food Handlers certification.
