Your Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with leadership and hiring managers to assess NexHealth's recruitment needs for substantial growth
  • Develop a robust and predictable pipeline of high-caliber candidates aligned with NexHealth's mission and values

  • Source passive candidates through diverse channels, online tools, and innovative sourcing techniques
  • Manage the complete candidate lifecycle from sourcing to closing, ensuring an exceptional experience for candidates and hiring managers
  • Monitor pipeline data and provide relevant updates to stakeholders on all supported roles/projects
Your Qualifications:
