We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Orthopedic Program Manager to join our team at Surgery Partners. As a key member of our clinical operations team, you will be responsible for promoting and providing optimal care of patients in our Orthopedic Destination Center program.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement processes related to the program to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Provide broad oversight and assist others in establishing, overseeing, conducting, and evaluating quality improvement initiatives.
- Enhance the program through coordination of daily operations and community education and activities.
- Work cooperatively with physicians, administrators, employees, patients, and other healthcare professionals to provide effective, quality patient care.
- Provide guidance, direction, and leadership to multidisciplinary teams to achieve program goals.
- Bachelor of Nursing degree.
- 5 years of clinical experience, preferably in Orthopedics.
- Prior supervisory or program management experience is preferred.
- Current Montana licensure and Orthopedic Certification (ONC) are required.
- A dynamic and collaborative work environment.
