Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Orthopedic Program Manager to join our team at Surgery Partners. As a key member of our clinical operations team, you will be responsible for promoting and providing optimal care of patients in our Orthopedic Destination Center program.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement processes related to the program to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
  • Provide broad oversight and assist others in establishing, overseeing, conducting, and evaluating quality improvement initiatives.
  • Enhance the program through coordination of daily operations and community education and activities.
  • Work cooperatively with physicians, administrators, employees, patients, and other healthcare professionals to provide effective, quality patient care.
  • Provide guidance, direction, and leadership to multidisciplinary teams to achieve program goals.
Requirements
  • Bachelor of Nursing degree.
  • 5 years of clinical experience, preferably in Orthopedics.
  • Prior supervisory or program management experience is preferred.
  • Current Montana licensure and Orthopedic Certification (ONC) are required.
