Personal Lines Insurance Service Advisor
Location: Remote
A reputable agency is in search of a meticulous individual who possesses a comprehensive understanding of personal lines insurance products.
The ideal candidate will exhibit the following qualifications:
- Proficiency in managing home, auto, and umbrella insurance policies.
- Demonstrated experience in a client-facing position, fostering and nurturing client relationships.
- Capability to manage both new and renewal insurance business.
- Competence in reviewing insurance documents for precision and correctness.
- Ability to prepare and finalize certificates, proposals, policy summaries, and reviews.
- Capacity to operate independently or collaboratively to enhance sales and contribute to agency profitability.
- Employ problem-solving strategies to address various challenges, including cancellations, claims, renewal inquiries, audits, receivables, and carrier-related issues.
- Experience in a brokerage environment is preferred.
- Must hold an active Property & Casualty license.
- Previous experience with Erie Insurance is advantageous.
