Job Description:
A Dialysis Care Specialist provides specialized nursing care at one of our in-center hemodialysis units as part of a patient care team.
The role involves preparing dialysis machines, performing hemodialysis treatments, ongoing patient education, training, and health coaching, monitoring patients during dialysis, administering and charting prescribed medications, following infection control regulations, participating in patient care conferences, rounds, and chart reviews, documenting patient education efforts, facilitating continuity of care with local hospitals, and leading a small patient care team.

Education/Training:
- Accredited nursing degree required
