Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team at Zeiders Enterprises. As a key member of our support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and administrative support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide general information and referral services to customers, utilizing other staff for more in-depth requests.
  • Enroll and schedule customers in briefs, workshops, and classes, and individual appointments.
  • Provide administrative and clerical services, including finalizing official correspondence, preparing military messages, making travel arrangements, and managing files.
  • Ensure that information and referral services provided are entered and counted in our database.
  • Provide administrative support for our Counseling and Advocacy Program, including preparing and finalizing official correspondence, data entry, and attending meetings.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience working with computers and office automation software.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize responsibilities.
  • Knowledge of basic customer service skills and military lifestyle.

  • Customer Service: Manages difficult or emotional customer situations, responds promptly to customer needs, and solicits customer feedback to improve service.

Work Environment

This position requires the ability to work in an office environment, sitting, standing, bending, lifting, and moving intermittently during working hours. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 10 pounds. The noise level in the work environment is usually quiet.
