Position Overview:

Olea Pediatric Therapy, LLC is currently seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist to fill a part-time or full-time role. Our clinic specializes in pediatric therapy and is committed to providing high-quality services to children with various communication challenges.

Role Responsibilities:

The selected candidate will be responsible for managing a diverse caseload, which includes conducting thorough assessments, particularly focusing on Alternative/Augmentative Communication (AAC) evaluations. The Speech-Language Pathologist will engage in treatment sessions, collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, and maintain comprehensive documentation such as daily notes and treatment plans.

Qualifications:

To qualify for this position, candidates must possess a valid license to practice Speech-Language Pathology in Minnesota. We welcome applications from both new graduates in their clinical fellowship year (CFY) and experienced SLPs holding their certificate of clinical competence (CCC).

Preferred Skills:
  • Experience in delivering culturally responsive speech-language services.
  • Proficiency in supporting communication through AAC devices for children with diverse diagnoses.
Work Schedule:

The work week is flexible, primarily from Monday to Friday, allowing for adaptable scheduling to meet the needs of both the therapist and clients.
