About the Role

Thriveworks is seeking a Licensed Couples and Family Therapist to join our team in Fremont, CA. As a clinician-founded national private practice group, we prioritize client accessibility, integrity, and quality care. Responsibilities
  • Provide a mix of telehealth and face-to-face sessions to clients in Fremont, CA
  • Assess emotional and psychological needs of clients and develop treatment plans
  • Meet with clients individually or as a couple or family to provide counseling and support
  • Work collaboratively with our team to provide high-quality care to our clients
  • Participate in ongoing professional development and training to enhance clinical skills
Requirements
  • Must have one of the following independent licenses in California: LCSW, LMFT, LPCC, or Licensed Clinical Psychologist (PhD or PsyD)
  • Must be licensed and living in the state in which they will be practicing
  • Must have experience working with couples and families, and be comfortable working with individuals of all ages and populations
