Job SummaryWe are seeking a Licensed Child and Adolescent Therapist to join our team in Fremont, CA. As a therapist, you will work with clients individually or as a couple or family to assess their emotional and psychological needs and develop a treatment plan. You will also have the opportunity to work with a diverse population and develop your skills as a clinician.
Responsibilities- Meet with clients individually or as a couple or family to assess their emotional and psychological needs and develop a treatment plan
- Provide a mix of telehealth and face-to-face sessions
- Work with a diverse population, including children and adolescents
- Develop and implement treatment plans that meet the unique needs of each client
- Collaborate with other clinicians and support staff to ensure high-quality care
- Licensed Clinical Psychologist (PhD or PsyD) or Licensed Therapist (LCSW, LMFT, or LPCC)
- Experience working with children and adolescents
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
