Job Summary

The Recovery Associate is responsible for maintaining the store's appearance and ensuring a positive customer experience. This role involves recovering merchandise, maintaining well-stocked shelves, and ensuring the store's cleanliness and organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Greet customers and create a welcoming atmosphere
  • Assist customers in making informed purchase decisions
  • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure an enjoyable shopping experience
  • Organize and restock products for effective displays
  • Maintain knowledge of featured products and their locations
  • Complete daily department recovery processes
  • Maintain department cleanliness and organization
  • Adhere to Indoor Merchandising Guide standards
  • Ensure bathroom cleanliness and maintenance
  • Demonstrate safety protocols and optimal techniques for handling materials
  • Operate retail equipment and participate in cross-training
  • Actively participate in learning initiatives and leverage opportunities for growth
Requirements
  • Ability to interact with the team in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work independently without supervision
  • Comfortable navigating computer systems and software
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Physical ability to maintain a seated or standing position for extended durations
  • Ability to lift, push, and/or pull a minimum of 30 pounds repetitively and 31-50 pounds intermittently
