Job SummaryWe are actively seeking talented Psychologists who are passionate about patient care and committed to clinical excellence. As a Psychologist at LifeStance Health, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of patients and contribute to our mission of improving access to mental healthcare.
Responsibilities- Provide high-quality, evidence-based mental health services to patients of all ages
- Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and provide therapy sessions
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
- Stay up-to-date with the latest research and best practices in mental health
We offer a competitive compensation package, including a salary range of $155,000 - $177,000 per year, with no cap. We also offer a full benefits package, including health, dental, vision, life, 401k (with match), paid parental leave, holidays, EAP, and more. Our modern offices and digital technology ensure a comfortable and efficient work environment.
RequirementsTo be considered for this role, you must be fully licensed and credentialed in Oregon (PhD or PsyD) and have experience in caring for adults, children and adolescents, or across the lifespan. You must also reside within commutable distance of our local clinic(s).
