Requirements:
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years of sales and operations experience in the elevator industry.
  • Education: BS/BA degree in management or related field of study, or equivalent years of experience and training.
  • Skills: Comprehensive understanding of processes, procedures, policies, contracts, and product offerings; familiarity with competitor product offerings and practices; general accounting and financial management principles; laws and regulations regarding safety and environmental governmental regulations; ability to lead and sponsor change; conduct financial analysis; motivate people to attain their maximum potential; develop and foster teamwork; effective oral, written, and presentation skills; strong persuasive skills; ability to manage multiple concurrent tasks; exhibits high integrity and demonstrates superior work ethic.
