About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Patient Access Representative to join our team at Ascension. As a key member of our Centralized Scheduling team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth and efficient scheduling of patient procedures.

Responsibilities
  • Communicate with patients, participants, and staff to accurately schedule patients for prescribed procedures.
  • Perform clerical and reception duties associated with patient registration.
  • Provide support and serve as a resource for other team members.
Requirements
  • High School diploma equivalency or 1 year of applicable cumulative job-specific experience required.
  • Note: Required professional licensure/certification can be used in lieu of education or experience, if applicable.
