Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Pharmacy Inventory Manager to join our team at YesCare. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the inventory of medications and supplies, ensuring that our facilities have the necessary resources to provide high-quality care to our patients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct regular inventory counts and audits to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulations.
  • Develop and implement strategies to optimize inventory levels and reduce waste.
  • Collaborate with healthcare providers and other stakeholders to ensure that medications and supplies are available when needed.
  • Monitor and report on inventory levels, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as necessary.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of medications and supplies.
Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience in pharmacy operations or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Knowledge of pharmacy regulations and laws.
