BIM Manager Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled BIM Manager to join our team at Integrity Technical Services, Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for reviewing, evaluating, and establishing standards for BIM, as well as managing BIM 360 and other associated programs and online management tools.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain BIM standards, templates, and libraries
  • Manage BIM 360 and other associated programs and online management tools
  • Coordinate and manage consultant BIM files
  • Provide training and support for office personnel on BIM, Revit, and AutoCAD programs
  • Assist in the maintenance of software and hardware systems
  • Travel and conduct on-site field documentation as needed

Requirements:

  • Strong understanding of BIM and Revit
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Willingness to travel and conduct on-site field documentation
