Job Title: Seasonal Banquet Captain

Join Grand Pacific Resorts as a Seasonal Banquet Captain and take on a challenging role that requires exceptional leadership and organizational skills. As a key member of our banquet team, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless execution of events, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining the highest standards of quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate the setup, service, and breakdown of banquets and events
  • Ensure that all events are executed according to the client's specifications and Grand Pacific Resorts' standards
  • Manage and maintain inventory, supplies, and equipment
  • Collaborate with the banquet chef and other team members to ensure smooth event execution
  • Provide exceptional customer service and respond to guest inquiries and concerns
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of experience in banquet services or a related field
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask
  • Valid Food Handlers Card and TIPS certification
