Staff Physical Therapist

At Gro HR Consulting, we are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Staff Physical Therapist to join our team. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will play a vital role in ensuring patients receive optimal treatment and achieve their goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough assessments of athletes' injuries, medical history, and physical condition to develop personalized treatment plans.
- Implement a variety of therapeutic techniques, exercises, and modalities to address musculoskeletal issues and promote optimal recovery.
- Work closely with athletes, coaches, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate and optimize the overall treatment plan.
- Provide education and guidance on injury prevention, exercise techniques, and self-management strategies.
- Monitor and adjust treatment plans as necessary to ensure progress and achievement of rehabilitation goals.
- Maintain timely, accurate, and up-to-date documentation of patient assessments, treatment plans, and progress notes.
- Organize and participate in community, schools, clubs, fitness facilities, etc., events.
Requirements:
- Doctorate of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree.
- Master's degree or equivalent; or 3 to 5 years of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience required.
- Preferred certifications: CSCS, PES, ATC, USAW, SCS, OCS, Cert DN.
Physical Demands:
The physical environment requires the employee to work in an office and clinical environment. The physical requirements described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
Standing, running, walking, jumping, sitting, lift/carry up to 100 lbs, push/pull up to 100 lbs.
