Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned professional to join our team as a General Superintendent. This key role will focus on driving operational excellence and people empowerment, collaborating directly with the COO and Project Teams to develop and train our field operations teams to excel at heavy civil and commercial self-performance work.

Key Responsibilities
  • People & Culture: Provide leadership, guidance, and mentorship to superintendents, foremen, and craft personnel, fostering a high-performance culture that aligns with company values and goals.
  • Project Excellence: Champion a strong safety culture within the organization, emphasizing the importance of safety protocols, procedures, and training. Monitor safety performance on construction sites, conducting regular inspections and audits to ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
Requirements
  • 7+ years of recent heavy civil and industrial construction experience.
  • Proficiency in project cost and budget financials, progress reporting, forecasting, and project WIP reports.
  • Experience with construction contracts and delivery methods, including design-build, negotiated, alternative project delivery, and time & material work.
  • A strong work ethic and a history of working your way up, prioritizing listening, learning, and effective documentation.

Work-Life Balance
