Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the practice by being approachable, responsive, and diplomatic while effectively delegating tasks to enhance operational efficiency.
- Oversee and guide a team to ensure thorough patient care through regular meetings and collaborative huddles.
- Support business objectives and financial goals through a respectful and motivational leadership approach.
- Continuously evaluate scheduling to ensure optimal patient flow and service delivery.
- Provide training and development opportunities to ensure all team members are well-versed in operational procedures and protocols.
- Address patient, clinical, and operational inquiries promptly and effectively.
- Manage patient communications, verify insurance details, collect payments, and oversee insurance claims processing.
