We are actively seeking a passionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our collaborative team in the Lehighton, PA area.

Job Summary

This Full-Time BCBA position involves conducting functional behavior assessments and developing behavior intervention plans for individuals with autism and other developmental disabilities. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1+ years of experience as a Behavior Specialist and possess strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Behavior Analysis and Intervention: Conduct thorough FBAs and develop tailored BIPs for clients.
  • Supervision and Training: Provide guidance and support to behavior technicians and other team members.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with families, schools, and professionals to implement effective behavior support strategies.
  • Progress Monitoring and Evaluation: Regularly assess client progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
Requirements:
  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification.
  • A Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or a related field.
  • Experience working with individuals with autism and other developmental disabilities.
  • Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
