Job Title: Clinical Therapist

We are seeking a skilled Clinical Therapist to join our team at CONCERN, a non-profit human services organization dedicated to providing child welfare, juvenile justice, and behavioral health services to children and their families.

Job Summary

The ideal candidate will have a Master's degree in a clinical discipline or related field, and at least two years of experience working in a clinical capacity. A PA Licensed LSW, LCSW, or LPC is preferred.

Key Responsibilities
  • Participate in a multi-disciplinary treatment team to develop client psychosocial evaluations and remedy plans.
  • Provide and monitor psychotherapy for individuals, couples, families, and groups in a competent, professional manner.
  • Work with CONCERN Case Managers to implement treatments and individual program descriptions.
  • Handle reports and progress notes of assigned clients, ensuring all aspects of files are complete, current, and in accordance with auditing, payer standards, and regulations.
  • Help clients develop and implement aftercare plans.
  • Participate in scheduled staff meetings, in-service gatherings, Quality Assurance audits, and supervision with Program psychiatrist and Clinical Supervisor as directed.
Requirements
  • Master's degree in a clinical discipline or related field.
  • At least two years of experience working in a clinical capacity.
  • PA Licensed LSW, LCSW, or LPC (preferred).
  • Maintain all required state and federal clearances.
  • Be resourceful with the ability to work with a team and independently.
  • Have basic proficiency in using Microsoft Office programs.
  • Have basic competency in using Electronic Healthcare Record systems.
  • Demonstrate proven organizational and effective prioritization skills.
  • Exhibit excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
What We Offer
  • Billable rates: $30/hour – Non-Licensed Master's Clinician, $35/hour – Licensed LSW Clinician, $40/hour – Licensed LPC or LCSW Clinician.
  • Administrative pay: $14/hour – Training & Supervision, $7.50/hour – Paperwork, Phone Calls, etc.
