Key Responsibilities:
  • Engage with end-users, supporting product-related queries and providing solutions to challenges and needs.
  • Record product feedback and document it appropriately, in accordance with quality procedures.
  • Implement purchasing and sales procedures and controls within Ostoform's Quality Management System.
  • Support the R&D team by sharing end-user experiences.
Requirements:
  • Solid communication skills.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Dependable and trustworthy.
  • Multi-tasking and project management skills.
  • Proficiency with MS Word, MS Excel, and ability to navigate CRM systems.

This is a part-time position with the opportunity to transition into a full-time role, paying $20-$25 per hour. The position will be based in Fort Wayne, Indiana, with the primary location at Ostoform's office at 200 E. Main Street, Suite 910.
