Job Title: Wound Care Specialist
Job Summary:
Gentell, a leading vertically integrated wound care company, seeks a skilled Wound Care Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will work with long-term care facilities to provide wound assessments, treatment decisions, and education on proper wound care practices.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct wound assessments and provide treatment recommendations
- Monitor proper application and utilization of wound care products
- Educate facility staff on documentation and reimbursement guidelines
- Order wound care products through our internal system, FastCare
- Support facilities wound care programs by tracking, documenting, and understanding wound care products coverage guidelines
Requirements:
- Valid healthcare license (RN, LPN, PT, OTR-L, DPM, or similar)
- Exemplary customer service skills
- Business savvy and sales-minded
- Self-starter and independent worker
- Hard-working and motivated
- Organized and detail-oriented
