Primary Duties:- Serve as a positive representative of Hometown Hospitality, exemplifying the core values of Fun, Friendly, and Community.
- Conduct various tasks related to property sanitation, including maintaining carpets, windows, and restrooms, alongside general upkeep responsibilities.
- Utilize checklists and established guidelines to guarantee the effective operation of designated areas.
- Participate in pre-shift meetings and comply with OSHA and Hazcom safety regulations.
- Oversee organized storage areas and ensure the proper care of equipment.
- Engage with guests in a professional and courteous manner, reflecting the company's core values.
- Perform additional tasks as directed by management.
The preferred applicant should be at least 21 years of age and hold a High School Diploma or equivalent. Strong communication skills, meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to maintain confidentiality are vital for success in this role.
Work Environment:- Must be capable of working in diverse settings, handling chemicals, and occasionally working outdoors in varying weather conditions.
- Ability to move about, lift items, and perform physical tasks as required.
- Attend mandatory training sessions and acquire necessary certifications.
- Ensure adherence to laws and regulations, including preventing minors from engaging in restricted activities.
- Maintain awareness of relevant ordinances, regulations, and the property's programs.
- Report any infractions and misconduct.
