Nursing Supervisor (RN) Job Opportunity at Dover Center for Health & Rehabilitation
At Dover Center for Health & Rehabilitation, we are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Nursing Supervisor to lead our interdisciplinary team in providing exceptional care to residents. As a nursing professional with experience in a supervisory or leadership role, you will oversee facility operations, ensure compliance with nursing policies, and mentor nursing staff to maintain high-quality care standards.

Salary Information: The estimated annual salary range for this position is between $88,640 and $99,120, based on an hourly rate of $43.00 to $48.00 per hour, considering 40 hours of work per week.

Job Description: Main Responsibilities: As a Nursing Supervisor, your key responsibilities will include:
* Supervising and guiding nursing staff to ensure high-quality care delivery
* Overseeing daily operations, including staffing assignments and resource allocation
* Collaborating with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement care plans
* Conducting regular assessments and audits to maintain quality standards
* Providing mentorship, training, and support to nursing staff
* Ensuring compliance with all regulatory standards and protocols

Duties and Responsibilities: In addition to the main responsibilities, you will be responsible for overseeing the overall operation of the nursing department, ensuring that residents receive high-quality care, and making decisions regarding staffing and resource allocation.

Required Skills and Qualifications: To be successful in this role, you should possess:
* A valid state nursing license
* Advanced degree or certification preferred
* Experience in a supervisory or leadership role in a Long-Term Care setting preferred
* Compassionate and empathetic approach to patient care
* Interest in the nursing needs of the aged and the chronically ill with the ability to work with both
* Strong clinical, leadership, organizational, and decision-making skills
* Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
* Ability to work effectively in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
