CNC Milling Technician at Madden Industrial Craftsmen

Madden Industrial Craftsmen is actively seeking experienced CNC Milling Technicians to become part of a well-established manufacturing firm.

Compensation Range: $25-$35 per hour

Available Work Shifts:

  • Day shift (MON-THURS, 10-hour days)
  • Swing shift (MON-THURS, 10-hour days)
  • Weekend shift (FRI-SUN, 12-hour days)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Set up and operate CNC milling machines
  • Perform quality inspections on machined components
  • Interpret technical drawings and specifications
  • Conduct routine maintenance on machinery
  • Ensure cleanliness and orderliness of the workspace
  • Provide mentorship to junior technicians
  • Comply with safety and quality regulations
  • Execute additional tasks as required

Required Qualifications:

  • 2-5 years of experience in CNC milling
  • Proficient in reading and understanding engineering drawings
  • Familiar with basic measurement instruments
  • Able to work with precise tolerances
  • Experience in programming and job setup
  • Physically capable of lifting up to 25 lbs regularly
  • Authorized to work in the United States
