Setup CNC mill machines, tools, and fixtures
Operate CNC mill machines, quality check parts, and perform edits as needed
Read traveler for operation to be processed and study corresponding blueprints reflected on the traveler
Machine preventive maintenance
Maintain cleanliness and organization of assigned work area
Train less experienced CNC Mill Machinist co-workers
Follow all safety and quality requirements

CNC Mill Machinist Qualifications:
2-5 years CNC Mill machining experience including performing frequent set-ups.
Ability to read drawings, specifications, documents and modelling, with the ability to offset changes independently.
Knowledge and ability to use basic measuring tools (0-6 caliper, 0-1micrometer, dial indicator, bore mics, etc.) and ability to maintain visual quality of parts. Machinists are expected to own their own tools or be willing to purchase them over time.
Knowledge and ability to convert metric measurements to inch measurements.
Knowledge and ability to work with close tolerances (ten thousandths).
Knowledge and ability to run assigned jobs and run first parts.
Knowledge and ability to edit programs as needed.
Ability to frequently lift up to 25 lbs and occasionally lift up to 60 lbs.
Eligible to work in the U.S

Benefits: • $25-$35/hr depending on experience • Additional $1.50/hr wage differential if on swing shift, 10% wage differential if on weekend shift. • Medical Coverage (Option for 100% paid premium for employee coverage) • Dental Insurance (100% paid premium for employee coverage) • Basic Life and AD&D Insurance (100% paid for employee) and voluntary coverage for employee and family • 401(k) with an annual 3% contribution • Generous time off including vacation, Oregon sick leave, personal time, and paid holidays
