- Master's degree in Civil Engineering with a concentration in Transportation Engineering.
- Licensed in Ohio.
- 8-10 years of work experience in the Civil Engineering Industry.
- Familiarity with CAD and design software, including MicroStation and GEOPAK/OpenRoads Designer (ORD).
