Job Summary

We are seeking a qualified Registered Nurse to join our team at Maxim Healthcare Services. This role will involve providing exceptional patient care and working collaboratively with our healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality services.

Responsibilities
  • Assess and Plan Care: Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care, ensuring the highest standard of care is met.
  • Collect and Analyze Data: Collect, analyze, and interpret data from healthcare members and document actual and/or potential nursing diagnoses.
  • Implement Interventions: Perform interventions according to identified priorities, the plan of care, and hospital policies and patient care outcome standards.
  • Re-evaluate and Revise: Re-evaluate the plan of care according to evaluation, changes in medical plans of care, and effective/ineffective nursing interventions.
Requirements
  • Licensure: Current Registered Nurse License for the state in which the nurse practices.
  • Current Certifications: Current PPD or Chest X-Ray and Current BLS card.
  • Experience: One year prior Registered Nurse experience preferred.
