The ideal candidate will have experience in cleaning and basic maintenance and be able to perform daily interior cleaning tasks, including emptying waste receptacles, debris and trash removal, vacuuming/shampooing floors and carpets, dusting and cleaning furniture, cleaning and restocking restrooms, washing walls, polishing, mopping floors, placing down mats/runners in inclement weather, cleaning up spills, cleaning windows and window coverings, etc.

In addition, the selected candidate will be able to perform exterior building and premises cleaning and basic maintenance tasks, such as exterior walls and windows, parking lots and structures, walk ways and paths, gardens and lawns, outdoor furnishings, pools/ fountains/ spas, curbs/gutters, exterior hallways and stairwells, etc.

The ideal candidate will also assist with minor maintenance and repair work, including painting, replacement of light bulbs and fixtures (interior and exterior), replacement of windows, moving furniture and equipment, repairing doors and gates, minor landscaping and related upkeep and repairs, and simple plumbing and fixture repairs/replacements.

**Key Skills and Qualifications:**

  • Experience in cleaning and basic maintenance
  • Ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs of equipment (pumps, tools, ladders) and safely install rigging/lifting devices
  • Ability to crouch and reach to install/move equipment by bending forward at the waist or by bending legs and spine
  • Ability to speak clearly so others can understand you
  • Ability to read and understand information presented orally and in writing

**Work Environment:**

This job operates in a professional office environment. Regularly required to travel outside between properties in varying weather conditions.
