This role involves working as a first or second chair trial attorney in our St. Petersburg, FL office. The ideal candidate will have experience in insurance civil litigation, with a strong knowledge of Florida civil procedure, evidence, and trial strategy. They will also possess excellent written and oral advocacy skills, as well as the ability to independently manage a caseload with time-sensitive tasks.

The position is a hybrid role, requiring both in-office and virtual work arrangements. Our office is located in downtown St. Petersburg, offering a dynamic and active environment for our attorneys. While work arrangements may change over time based on business needs, we prioritize a congenial and team-oriented professional setting.

We seek a highly qualified attorney with a J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school, holding an active license to practice law in Florida and membership in good standing with the Florida Bar. The ideal candidate will have at least 3+ years of legal experience, preferably in insurance defense, with a strong background in jury trials and automation/technological skills for lawsuit handling and trials. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential, with the ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues and clients.
