Job Summary

We are seeking a seasoned clinical professional to fill the role of Unit Manager at Blueberry Hill Rehabilitation & Healthcare Center. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for providing oversight and direction to our clinical team while fostering positive relationships with residents, family members, staff, and medical professionals.

About the Role

This is a full-time position working day shift Monday through Friday with a weekend on-call rotation. We also have part-time opportunities available for Weekend Supervisors, who will work 7a-7p Saturday and Sunday. In this role, you will oversee daily operations, make rounds with physicians as necessary, and review care plans to ensure high-quality resident care. You will also be responsible for wounds/QI/clinical projects and special initiatives.

To succeed in this role, you must possess a current, unencumbered, active license to practice as a Registered Nurse in Massachusetts and hold Current CPR/BLS Certification. A nursing degree from an accredited college or university is preferred, along with four (4) or more years of nursing experience and one (1) or more years of experience as a supervisor in a nursing care center, hospital, or related healthcare setting. Your ability to multi-task and communicate effectively will be crucial in this role.

We offer competitive salaries commensurate with experience, ranging between $85,000 - $110,000 per year, based on qualifications and location.
