Key Responsibilities- Provide Patient Care
- Engage with patients to understand their medication needs and provide personalized advice on medication usage, side effects, and interactions.
- Conduct medication reviews and verify prescriptions to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulatory guidelines.
- Offer preventive and clinical healthcare services, including immunizations, diagnostic testing, and patient outcomes services.
- Operational Excellence
- Ensure the efficient operation of the pharmacy, including inventory management, workflow optimization, and adherence to company policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with the pharmacy manager to identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to enhance patient experience and pharmacy performance.
- Team Collaboration
- Work closely with pharmacy staff to provide exceptional customer service and support the achievement of business objectives.
- Participate in training and development programs to maintain current knowledge and skills related to pharmacy and healthcare.
- BS in Pharmacy or Pharmacist Degree from an accredited educational institution.
- Current pharmacist licensure in the states within the district.
- Experience performing prescription dispensing activities that demonstrate a strong working knowledge of applicable state and federal controlled substance laws.
- Certified Immunizer or willing to become an immunizer within 90 days of hire.
