Pharmacist (Full or Part Time) - Retail Pharmacy Expert

Walgreens is seeking a highly skilled Pharmacist (Full or Part Time) to join our team. As a key member of our retail pharmacy team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and services, including prescription dispensing, medication management, and health education.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide expert clinical services, including medication therapy management, immunizations, and disease state management.
- Collaborate with healthcare providers and patients to optimize medication regimens and improve health outcomes.
- Conduct thorough medication reviews, identify potential medication errors, and provide recommendations for improvement.
- Develop and implement patient education programs to promote healthy behaviors and disease prevention.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and pharmacy operations.
Requirements:
- BS in Pharmacy or Pharmacist Degree from an accredited educational institution.
- Current pharmacist licensure in the states within the district.
- Experience performing prescription dispensing activities that demonstrate a strong working knowledge of applicable state and federal controlled substance laws.
- Certified Immunizer or willing to become an immunizer within 90 days of hire.
