We are seeking a skilled LPN to join our team as a Medication Care Manager at Sunrise Senior Living. As a key member of our care team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality medication management services to our residents.
Responsibilities- Administer medications and treatments in a safe and organized manner
- Document medication administration and maintain accurate records
- Conduct Service and Health Updates as directed by the Resident Care Director
- Participate in the development of Individualized Service Plans (ISPs)
- LPN license required
- Previous experience working with seniors preferred
- Ability to make choices and decisions in the best interest of residents
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- A competitive salary range of $55,000 - $70,000 per year, depending on location and experience
