The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals, and maintain a positive teamwork environment.

Responsibilities include evaluating patients by administering various functional assessment tools, identifying appropriate treatment goals, and designing effective treatment plans. Additionally, the successful candidate will be able to implement and modify treatment plans, complete all documentation required by policy or regulation, and confer with supervisors and other patient care team members regarding patients' plan of care.

Requirements:

  • Possess excellent customer service skills
  • Protect patient privacy and confidentiality
  • Ability to work effectively with Physical Therapy Staff

Compensation: $95,000 - $130,000 per year
