- Assist the Store Manager with store operations and ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Maintain a clean and organized store appearance, including visual merchandising and inventory management.
- Open and close responsibilities, including managing the register and counting inventory.
- Work collaboratively with the team to achieve sales goals and provide exceptional customer service.
Requirements:
- Strong sales and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
- Experience in a sales-driven environment, with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to stand for 4-6 hours in a retail selling environment, lift 30 pounds, and have a knack for counting.
