Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Maintenance and Technical Instructor to join our team at Constellation Energy. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for developing and conducting performance-based maintenance or technical training programs for our users.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop, schedule, coordinate, and conduct performance-based maintenance or technical training programs in accordance with Exelon's TSD model and department procedures.
  • Prepare trainee examinations and conduct trainee evaluations for classroom, laboratory, OJT, and simulator environments.
  • Participate in station support activities, including outage support, root cause support, and line assessment support.
  • Assure training programs are maintained current and incorporate information gained from INPO Significant Operating Experience Reports and Exelon NERs, NRC Circulars, Bulletins, and Information Notices.
  • Supervise the collection and maintenance of auditable training records and reports required to document training program activities.
Requirements
  • High School diploma
  • 3 years previous technical or craft nuclear experience OR 5 years of related industry experience
  • Effective written and oral communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
  • 3 years Radiation Protection Experience
  • AS/AA in science/engineering
  • 5 years of nuclear power plant technical experience in the applicable discipline instruction OR 10 years of related industry experience in the applicable discipline instruction
