Executive Director of Recruitment and Growth

As the inaugural Executive Director of Strategic Enrollment Management, you will have the unique opportunity to shape the direction of Peabody College's enrollment and marketing efforts. You will be responsible for developing and implementing a strategic plan for enrollment growth, designing and guiding marketing and recruitment initiatives, and providing strong leadership to the team.
You will work closely with academic leaders, faculty, prospective students, and external stakeholders to maximize the recruitment of well-qualified students. With an estimated salary of $120,000 - $150,000 per year, based on industry standards and location, you will have a significant impact on the future of Peabody College of Education and Human Development.
