Key Responsibilities:

  2. Support professional staff in providing high-quality patient care, prioritizing safety, comfort, and dignity.">
  3. Facilitate patient activities, promote social interaction, and maintain a clean and organized unit.">
  4. Conduct vital sign checks, chart observations, and assist with daily living tasks as needed.">
  5. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.">
  6. Participate in training and education programs to enhance knowledge and skills.">

Requirements:

  • ">
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required; Certificate Program in Nursing Assistant or some college-level coursework preferred.">
  • Less than 1 year of relevant experience; Basic Life Support certification upon hire.">
  • Certified Nurse Aide (CNA) certification preferred; ability to provide clearance per PA Act 33 of 1985 upon hire.">
