About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Petroleum Supply Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our logistics department, you will be responsible for managing the reception, storage, and shipping of bulk or packaged petroleum-based products.

Job Responsibilities
  • Supervise and manage the receipt, storage, and dispatch of bulk and packaged petroleum products.
  • Issue and dispense bulk fuels and water from storage and distribution facilities to using units.
  • Select and submit samples to the laboratory for testing.
  • Perform accounting duties related to petroleum and water.
  • Operate equipment used in petroleum and water distribution systems and multiproduct pipeline systems.
Training and Development

As a Petroleum Supply Specialist, you will undergo 10 weeks of Basic Combat Training and 11 weeks of Advanced Individual Training, with on-the-job instruction. You will learn essential skills, including operating airplane refueling systems, planning and scheduling petroleum transport, and safety regulations for handling hazardous materials.

Requirements and Qualifications
  • You must enlist in the United States Army to obtain this position.
  • You must be between the ages of 17-34.
  • You must have a GED or High School Diploma.
  • You must be a U.S. Citizen or Green Cardholder.
  • You must meet Army Height and weight standards.

Estimated Salary: $55,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience and location.
