Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Security Team Member to join our team. As a Security Team Member, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of our guests and staff throughout the park. This is a dynamic and fast-paced role that requires excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Enforce Park Rules and Regulations

Ensure that all guests and staff are aware of and comply with Ravinia's park rules and regulations.

Provide Public Safety Functions

Respond to medical or safety emergencies, and provide assistance to guests and staff as needed.

Ensure Guest Safety and Security

Monitor the park and its surroundings to prevent and respond to any potential safety or security threats.

Assist with Guest Departure

Help guests exit the park safely and efficiently after the concert.

Requirements

  • Law Enforcement or Security Experience

Prior experience in law enforcement or security is highly desirable.

Excellent Communication and Customer Service Skills

You must be able to communicate effectively with guests and staff, and provide excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment.

Ability to Work in a Team Environment

You must be able to work effectively as part of a team, and be willing to assist colleagues as needed.

Flexibility and Availability

You must be available to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
