Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team at ITEX. As a key member of our facilities team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our properties by performing routine maintenance tasks, troubleshooting issues, and completing work orders in a timely and efficient manner.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and address maintenance-related issues promptly
  • Conduct all work in a safe and compliant manner, adhering to OSHA standards
  • Respond to work orders and complete tasks efficiently
  • Participate in an on-call rotation to provide 24-hour coverage
  • Perform other duties as assigned by supervision
Requirements
  • 3-5 years of property maintenance experience
  • Valid Driver's License
  • HVAC Certification
  • Plumbing and Electrical systems knowledge preferred
  • Demonstrated organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to lift up to 50lbs
Physical Requirements
  • Frequent bending and stooping in all directions
  • Walking and standing for extended periods (6 hours or more)
  • Repetitive use of hands and fingers through tool use
  • Frequent climbing ladders and stairs
Education

High School Diploma or GED required
