We're seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team as a Triage On-Call Runner. This is a full-time, salaried position with a unique schedule that offers a great work-life balance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality patient care in the comfort of patients' own homes, utilizing your clinical skills and compassionate heart.
- Triage calls from patients and perform home health visits as needed, ensuring timely and effective care.
- Assess patients' needs and develop personalized care plans to meet their unique requirements.
- Provide education to patients and their families on self-care, medication management, and other essential skills.
- Monitor patients' condition and make adjustments to care plans as needed.
Requirements:
- Active and current license to practice as a professional registered nurse (RN) in the state of PA.
- One year of clinical experience preferred, but not required. We'll provide training to ensure your success.
- Ability to travel to cases as assigned, with a calm and reassuring presence.
- Excellent assessment skills and strong written and verbal communication.
- Compassion, empathy, and a commitment to delivering exceptional patient care.
